My hot take on Periods & Chocolate: Part 2

🍫 My hot take on Periods & Chocolate: Part 2

🙏🏽 (Feel free to check out Part 1 in yesterday’s post!)

💖 Chocolate might be the sexiest food. Dipped in strawberries, gifted for pleasure, and drizzled on all the right places (I’m talking on top of cake of course!). The forms of chocolate that we might be most familiar with this month are the heart-shaped boxes of bite-sized treats.

🌙 My favourite use of chocolate for mahwari cycles is in delicious pinniya (or punjabi energy balls) that I make each week for my morning snack! I mix dark chocolate chips with ground seeds for #seedcycling, along with some peanut butter, soaked, chopped nuts, and a splash of maple syrup.

🍫 Also, does anyone else get intense chocolate cravings during PMS / Mahwari Autumn / Luteal Phase?!? If you do, I would love to hear your story! Feel free to reach out through Instagram DM or Email!

In solidarity!!!
